APPEARING in Singapore for the first time to promote his drama serials on StarHub Cable TV, Hong Kong TVB actor Moses Chan Ho looks visibly shrunken.
His cheekbones are sunken and a bright orange Hugo Boss cashmere sweater hangs over his bony frame.

Chan, 33, is aware of this.
He reveals that he is feeling fatigued after filming Hong Kong drama serials back-to-back.
At a press conference last Saturday at the Meritus Mandarin hotel, the former model discloses that he has lost a hefty 9kg from his usual 90kg frame since filming for Healing Hands III began last month.
Filming is expected to end in November, after which he will be acting in a yet-to-be titled period drama.
Healing Hands II (2000) and Armed Reaction II (2001) catapulted him into HKTVB leading man status.
He became so popular after his lead role in Family Man, a 20-part comedy series in 2002, that the Hong Kong media named him part of the new generation of 'auntie killers'.
'I don't care what kind of killer they label me, I'm just doing my best in what I do,' he says modestly.
Born in Hong Kong, he studied and lived in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne for more than 10 years before returning to become an actor.
In his teens, the free-thinker heard tales of Moses and decided to name himself after the biblical character.
Conversant in English and Cantonese, his first foray into acting was in a Category Three movie, Twenty Something, directed by Teddy Chan Tak Sum in 1994.
'It was not just about sex. It was more a docu-drama about youths dealing with boy-girl relationships,' says the soft-spoken actor, defending his choice of film roles.
Although he says he would still consider acting in films with mature sexual content, he adds that unless the script has artistic merit, he would feel 'really uncomfortable without any clothes on'. -- Dylan Boey
